I really wanted to chat to Rick on this podcast. I previously only knew a little bit about his life but I always had a sense that he was a man with a passionate heart and emotional depths. I wanted to know more. Our conversation led us to the story of Chris, his much loved foster brother, who has influenced his life in many ways ever since.

We also talked about the risk of switching to a completely new and much more aligned career as he approached his 50's. The leap of faith and making a big decision, has been so worth it.
