There are a lot of people doing wonderful things in the world. There’s nothing new about that. But there’s an enormous subset of people who are doing amazing things that we don’t hear about very much.That would be the subset of people who are old.I’m 70 and for the past few years I’ve been looking for a podcast where older people discuss their experiences with aging. And how it hasn’t stopped them from doing what they love, or from discovering all kinds of new things to love. When I couldn’t find one I liked I decided I would create my own.And that’s how the Never Too Old podcast came to be.In it, I talk with people 50 and above who have decided that, far from being a time to slow down, getting older is a time to fulfill some of the dreams they had when they were younger. Or a time to continue to do the things that have inspired them throughout their lives without even thinking about slowing down. Or some who have slowed down because it affords them the opportunity to think more deeply about the things they love to do.There are as many different ways to do old age right as there are people doing it and I’m going to talk to as many of them as I can find!So please join me as I talk with some wonderful people about how they do old age right, on the Never Too Old podcast!<hr> Hosted on Acast.
