Chris Knight is joined by current Ospreys Back rower Sam Cross. 

Crossy has over 100 appearances for Wales 7s on the World Series, two senior Wales International caps alongside winning a silver medal at Rio in 2016. 

We chat everything from his journey into the Wales 7s set up, why he left for 15s, what the Olympic 7s experience was like alongside some of his favourite memories on and off the field.
