Episode 4 of the podcast had us at Southern Yankee Brewery in Houston, TX. We were joined by Owner and Head Brewer Sydney Porter Bradley who didn't even consider a career in beer until a few years ago when her home brewer father said, "We're opening a brewery and you're making all the beer!".
