Steve Thomas’s passion for real estate started at a remarkably young age. When he was just eight years old, Steve accompanied his parents to an inspection of a home that they were planning to flip. “I was instantly fascinated with the whole idea of being involved with real estate,” Steve recalls. “So I decided to make it my life’s purpose.” 

Steve is now the head of a three person team that last year closed nearly $30 million in transactions. Operating in southern Oregon, Steve and his team work with all sorts of inventory and price points, but in particular, specialize in helping first and second time buyers find their perfect home.
