This episode will discuss the importance of taking time to start building your group of students into a close-knit team by using games and icebreakers to get to know each other in fun playful way. This is the first crucial step needed in the process of creating a positive, safe learning environment to get your students comfortable working closely together throughout the school year.  I will discuss further steps and strategies to help build your team in future episodes.
