Set in Brighton, it explores the experiences of a group of women in midlife, their relationships and how they are dealing with the Perimenopause. The premise is the same for this podcast - mates chatting through their stuff in a gritty and funny way!

We also dive into the issue of children (or in Sarah’s case - the builder) getting in the way of our sex lives, how to manage our moods, being grateful but knowing when to ask for help.
