This episode will explain one of the foundations of insinuation. These recordings are a result of self-talk and are meant to be personal. The reason this is shared is so that others might learn from it also. I do not want people to missuse this knowledge. Also its probably very clear that my speech is kind of stressed because its improvised and at the same time I have to watch what im saying since society doesnt respect the strategies I am mentioning.
