There have been several misconceptions circulating around trauma, most of them are contributing to human suffering needlessly. However, when we look deeper into how what we call 'Trauma' is formed and understand how we experience life, circumstances, events, people and the world in general, what used to bother us disappears as if it never existed before and a sense of freedom and light-heartedness fill our being.
When we understand how something works, consequently how it doesn't work is out of the equation. When we see trauma for it actually is, it doesn't make sense to suffer it anymore.
In this episode Omar Ben Moussa & Dr. Keith Blevens explore the domain of trauma and how we could free ourselves from its burden leaving space for well-being and resiliency to emerge and guide our moment-to-moment experience of life.
