Inspiration is a funny thing.

We can find it in all the usual places. The people in our lives, the stories we hear. But sometimes it can pop up in unusual places like, that billboard that overlooks a car park at your local supermarket.

I love so much about what Kate does and how honest and open she is about her gym and power lifting experiences. I knew I needed to tell her with a microphone recording, because that's totally normal!
