Hey guys! In this episode I tell the story of marathon sunday! I ran the NYC marathon last week (nov 4, 2018). It was my fourth marathon and third NYC. I felt more prepared, (up until a month before) and yet it was my hardest marathon yet. If you follow me on Instagram, I shared a little bit of this story, but I wanted to break it down more. I learned a lot from this run and I really wanted to share it with you!
