Apple is one of the biggest Tech companies in the world but recently, it has experienced a shift in the way they view the industry and their customers. Their ways of tackling with their customers are becoming questionable and their devices have lost the charm and innovation they once had. I will look at how Apple changed its brand strategy and what type of a viewpoint we, as consumers should have about the same.
