Tim Wirth is a former US Representative (1975-1987) and US senator (1986-1992) from

Colorado. He has been a lifelong champion for the environment including Cap and Trade , The

Colorado Wilderness bill and The Clean Air act amendments. Another side of Senator With was

in his work to sponsor and promote baseball in Colorado,, gained funding for DEN airport, and

the Two Forks dam.

After his legislative work, Senator Wirth remained deeply involved in politics, working on

various national and local campaigns. He has also worked behind the scene on Human rights

and issues of international refugees.
