Episode 4: Working Without the Mom Guilt with Melissa Pepin

Listen Later

Today on Get Up and Glow Momma I am interviewing the bubbly Melissa Pepin. She is a wife of 15 years, and a momma of 2 kids- ages 9 and 11. Melissa has been an entrepreneur for the last 15 years and absolutely LOVES encouraging women in business. She is here to remind mommas that they have the most important job in the world! Melissa has struggled for years with the thoughts that many of us have... working is hurting our children, the mom guilt associated with that, and that we owe them more of our time and flexibility. Like many of us mommas, she guilted herself over the years on trying to juggle it all, but finally realized that the lessons her children were learning by watching her work were just as important as if she had been there for every second of their day. Melissa believes moms CAN do it all and I couldn't agree more! She is always there to help celebrate the wins and provide support where she can and when those wins happen!
