Jake Wartgow is the co-owner of DST Coffee in Gardnerville, NV. His friend made him a pourover and he converted from drinking only tea into a coffee fanatic. He started working as a barista about seven years ago and five years ago opened the shop with his sister. They wanted to create a similar coffee culture to the one they experienced in Reno, NV, by creating a place for people to gather in their hometown.
