Losing your mom is painful. Losing your mom at a young age in a sudden accident is unthinkable. Lauren shares her story of losing her mom and how getting out in nature has helped her heal. She now helps empower other women start new adventures.
Lauren Hostetler is no stranger to grief and hard times. Lauren experienced a horrible tragedy in 2009, when her
mother died suddenly in an accident while Lauren was in college. Lauren's faith has always been a solid foundation for her, and was especially challenged
as she was faced with the grief and pain of losing such a stable, influential person in her life. Lauren went on to finish college, and is now a nurse, wife, dog mom and founder of Moe Mountains, a business that takes women into the mountains on backpacking trips. Lauren is passionate about getting women together
and getting them outside, as she's personally experienced the healing effects that God's creation has on those who are hurting or searching. Lauren loves
gathering and empowering women to start new adventures, because she believes that life changing things happen when women are supporting each
other.
