Cleanser

Mechanical Exfoliant (IF USING A CHEMICAL EXFOLIANT, DO NOT USE MECHANICAL TOO)

Treatment (pick am or pm)

Moisturizer

Sunscreen

Any kind of makeup (optional)

What to use at night (in order): Makeup Remover (If wearing makeup)

Cleanser

Mask (throw in use once a week, if using a clay mask don’t use your chemical exfoliant)

Chemical or Mechanical Exfoliant (2-3 times a week, or less if drying) (ONLY PICK ONE)
