Today we talk about some of the lessons about spiritual direction Paola has been learning in her class. The role of a spiritual director is to help guide you in your spiritual journey. Sometimes that just means being a good listener, sometimes it means challenging someone to do better, to step into the challenges, and spiritual direction always means praying with and for someone.
