In this lecture, we start with an introduction of the Lower 1,000 Kingdoms.  We will briefly describe the five major cultures of the region: the Northeastern Renzaman; the Southeastern Toredon; the Southern Calixta; the Western Anaiho; and the itinerant Marzajo.   We will also look a bit deeper at the Glassholm and their internal struggles.
