I almost didn't post this episode. I started to let shame and doubt get to me. In this episode I talk about a time in my life that I'm not the most proud of. Times in my life that caused a lot of pain and grief and it's all centered around alcohol. But then I said, screw this. I refuse to be ashamed of my past. And so, here we are. My history of drinking and why I decided to quit. And most importantly, the amazing and beautiful changes that came about from living a sober life.
