(10:23) In re. People v. Furness, 2025 CO 16 (April 14, 2025); Reversal of suppression order issued by the district court. Evidence found in the trunk of a vehicle is admissible if there is probable cause to believe evidence could be in the trunk and the suspect had access such that they could have placed evidence in the trunk prior to arrival of law enforcement.

(14:31) UNPUBLISHED People v. Mikaelyan, 24CA0705 (April 17, 2025); Defendant has right to counsel to litigate a motion for new trial. Courts must determine that any waiver of counsel for such motion is made knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily.
