The time has come for us to replace our mattress. It's probably past time, but we keep avoiding it. Saying things like 'it's good enough' or 'it's fine'. George points out quality sleep is one of the pillars of wellness along with nutrition and exercise. So, why are we feeling bad about replacing our mattress? It's a mindset, right? Telling ourselves things are 'ok', when we know they aren't. Well, we'd love your suggestions for mattresses - I'm sure making this decision will take 3-5 business years. :)
