Chase Hansen and his father John joined me this afternoon to talk about homelessness and poverty here in Salt Lake City, Utah. About four years ago Chase led them on a mission to penetrate the underground and make contact with the people he saw sleeping on the street. Project Empathy was started with a simple conversation and seeks to bring dignity back to the disenfranchised, . . . one relationship at a time.
