OH WOW!  I had an AMAZING time with my hubby celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary last week!  It was a delightful little escape to Palm Springs and was very special for us both.  However, one night at the resort had me experiencing a very poor night of rest that I still can’t count for.  And that led me to come up with some tips in case this ever happens to you.

I mean, we’ve all struggled with nights of poor sleep.  Whether you get only 2 or 3 hours or you were like me, tossing and turning around over the entire evening and throwing the clock across the hall when it goes off (I didn’t really do that, we were at a resort).  It can really drain you over the next day if you aren’t careful.  So when this happens to you, I hope this show provides some gentle relief.
