This week on The Meg And Maggi Podcast we interview our first guest, Kyle Goldstein.
This conversation is a beautiful blend of many topics we are all passionate about. We dive into not only mindfulness, surrender, and breaking generational patterns, but also rebuilding the health of our hometown community, creating and maintaining healthy habits as a parent, and so much more.
Kyle is native to the Sullivan County area, growing up in the village of Liberty. He started his spiritual journey over 10 years ago when he decided it was necessary to change his life. At that moment, he surrendered, found a new way to live, and quickly adopted the motto: “life live through experiences,” and from that day, it didn’t take long for him to realize what he needed to accomplish to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
Yoga showed up during a transitional period of his life and he fell in love with the way the practice calmed his mind and energized his body. At first, it was a hobby, which quickly became a part of his routine, and then fully blossomed into one of his life’s passions. He truly believes that people have the ability to change, to adjust their lifestyles in a way that makes them a better version of themselves one day at a time. In the summer of 2018, he completed his 200-hour YTT at the Ashtanga Mysore Yoga Shala in Mysore, India, and most recently received his license as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, graduating from New York Chiropractic College in 2020.
Kyle truly believes that people have the ability to change, to adjust their lifestyles in a way that makes them a better version of themselves one day at a time. He knows from personal experience how satisfying it was, and still is, to embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-care through a healthy lifestyle. What excites him even more is the idea that he can directly play a part in someone else’s journey; help transform their lives in such a way that they will hopefully carry on their own ideals for the entirety of their lives.
You’re definitely going to want to tune into this incredible conversation!
