2021 is here! But 2020 seems to have bleed over into this one. 2020 is over but is it beaten? This might be the only year where I don't say 2020 for the next month and a half. I've been ready for 2021 for awhile. I can't say I felt very victorious coming into 2021 but I am glad 2020 is behind us. Almost a year into lockdown. It'll be a year in a couple months. I hope to be able to come out of this unscathed though I'll be the first one to admit I do take risks with my health. I bike ride around town without a mask on, I still take some PJJ lessons, and I meet up with friends. So far all the tests are negative and hopefully stay that way, but I would be lying to you if I'm okay with it. Talking about Covid has turned into the most hack thing a person can say these days. That and asking about the vaccine. I feel like it's already a played-out trope. It's like watching a movie where the guy has to save his son, or the spy needs to stop the rocket launch. I've seen it before. That doesn't mean it's bad but I can tell where the beats are and what it is going to lead to. I can still enjoy it but I can't say it would be very memorable.
