In this 41st episode of Soul Chats Podcast, we’re exploring ways of sending love - both in the obvious and familiar ways, and the less obvious and unfamiliar ways.

The initial idea for this episode came from a love practice I’ve undertaken this year. It’s something that’s given me great joy. The additional concept for it, for which I’m so grateful, came from the spirit realm.
