Sounds like something you would say to an ex you haven't spoken to in a few months. That's how it feels to upload this episode. I wanted to share why we've been on such a long hiatus from the podcast, and what's been going on these past few months.

It's a short one, but I'll be rolling out a few more episodes to get back into the groove of things.
