This week Rick returns to northern Norway, by way of Zoom to explore a paper of Dr Blix’s that explores the story of Inga, a Sami woman who tells of her experience as a child being asked to move to the south by a teacher in her community. The reaction of her mother to this offer, and its impact in Inga’s life offer insight into the power of culture in creating the conditions for the best health outcomes.
