This episode is with my friend Josh Hedquist. I know Josh because his mom is friends with my aunt and he grew up with my cousin. I've pretty much known of Josh my whole life. Josh is an extremely talented chef from Minneapolis, MN.
Josh has traveled the U.S. as a chef, been on numerous Food Network shows, opened countless restaurants, and is currently owner of the restaurant chain Joey Meatballs. He's opened 3 Joey Meatballs locations with more opening in the near future.
In this episode we talk about his start as a chef, his experience on Food Network shows, systemic racism and ways he wants to contribute to ending it, our ultimate goals in career/life, the music industry, and a whole lot of positive and motivating words.
