Episode 42 – How to set realistic goals

With it being January and all, a lot of you probably have some resolutions for areas of your life you'd like to improve. Kody already hurt himself in the gym trying to get back to his pre-mono workout routine and is on prescribed muscle relaxers for this episode, so it's even more wonky of an episode than usual. We explain what goals we have for 2019 and dole out major life events we would like to happen this year, but we also resolve to not be disappointed if they don't all happen. What matters is our efforts, not the results. After all, life is a journey, not a race (especially since the finish line involves a casket). As Picard once said, "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness; that is life."
