This week I had the pleasure to speak with Magdalena Sandoval Donahue. She is a former Los Alamos Hilltopper and Oregon Duck. She excelled at all levels of running, from high school to professional, but as you'll learn, that is only a fraction of who she is and what she is about.

Magdalena talks about her busy life, balancing everything, and of course running. She talks about her father's influence, her love of running, and some of her side projects, including Bun on the Run and Rough it Outdoors. This is only the tip of the iceberg, but I hope you enjoy her thoughts on running and life in general. There is some extra noise in the background, but that's expected when getting to interview someone with three young kids in the house.
