There's not much information on Michael Sumpter but we do know his hobby was collecting purses that weren't his. He also liked using fire escapes for the wrong reason and he's a Libra.

Most of his serious crimes weren't known until decades later but modern technology proves that perpetrators will be caught and brought to justice.
