We’re all defendants, found guilty by the jury, standing in the courtroom before the Judge, waiting for our sentence to be pronounced. And still, we stand before a kind and compassionate judge, in whom we can trust. We await our sentence aware of our guilt, but in hope of the Judge’s mercy.
