She is the author of Gay the Pray Away: Healing your Life, Love, and Relationships from the Harms of LGBT Conversion Therapy and she leads a monthly gathering called Gay the Pray to help the queer community find spiritual belonging and liberation. Formerly an engineer and educator, Erika’s career spans positions in corporations, nonprofits, school systems and universities. Rev Erika was recently named to Queerency’s 100 Women list celebrating LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, leaders and creators.
