EPISODE #42: Reconnecting to your SOUL through Human Design
Cannot wait to FINALLY have a sit down, soul chat about one of my FAVORITE subjects and tools that has truly been life changing for me - and that's Human Design!
One of the things that I struggled with the most in my own journey, was getting to know who I TRULY was.
After years and years of trying to be someone I wasn't, and doing the work to peel all that away, I started to feel lost and didn't know how to reconnect with MY soul, MY intuition, MY authentic self.
Until I found Human Design.
Human Design IS the art of understanding the energy, the aura, and the essence, of your unique, authentic self.
My first Human Design Reading was a huge turning point in my life back in August 2020 - it helped me realize where it was I felt the most unaligned in my life and understand WHY. It helped me see what it is i'm truly here to do, and affirmed what I had always thought were FLAWS within me, were actually my STRENGTHS and GIFTS that were part of what it is I was brought here to do and share with the world...and so, so, SO much more.
It is why I now LOVE using my skills with my clients of subconscious reprogramming and blending that WITH their unique human design, because in my opinion, until you truly know who you truly ARE, and how what your SOUL is truly craving, it's really hard to grow in the ways you TRULY desire.
In this episode I break down Human Design for you from MY perspective, experience, and in a way that I hope will connect with you, the way it so deeply connected with me when I first heard about it.
