Young College aged men are disappearing later to be found in bodies of water. Authorities rule all these cases as accidental drownings, but 3 men claim that there are too many similarities involving these drownings and that a serial killer or killers are behind these heinous acts. They also claim to have proof that these were homicides and that the killer or killers are leaving behind a Smiley Face as their signature!
