In Episode 42, Stuart McCullough invites Tim Nagle back to discuss the User Notes for Family Violence Leave. VHIA has developed User Notes for the Family Violence Leave clause which is intended to explain in greater depth the way this clause operates and its particular obligations. This new clause has been introduced into the sector for the first time, and the User Notes serve as a guide and include links to additional resources. Additional resources include policy framework guides, and materials for implementation. Member Reference Groups and consultation with Health Unions have been utilised to make the user notes as effective as possible. Find out more by watching Episode 42.
