Welcome to episode 43! In this episode we talk a little more in depth about our experiences as first generation Dominican-Americans. We're comparing our experience as 1st gen to the ones our kids as 2nd generation will or won't have. For example the language barriers and how it affected us- specially as the oldest daughters, the "first gen guilt" some people have described and the effort we make to keep our culture and pass it down to our kids.
