Part 2.  Officer John Collins is self-proclaimed (by me) the most hated officer in the Chattanooga Police Department.  Not really!  He's a very funny and fun-loving officer that served his city over 26 years.  Most of that time was served on the regulatory bureau, the beer and wrecker inspector.  John helped to keep our city safe by making sure bars, stores and restaurants were in compliance with the rules for serving alcohol.  It seems that he was always making someone mad in this role...either the business owner, or the customer.

In this portion, John tells some funny stories involving other officers and the pranks they play on each other.  He also tells of a very scary moment in his career.  We also learn what John is doing now to help his community.
