Part 1 of 2.  Officer John Collins is self-proclaimed (by me) the most hated officer in the Chattanooga Police Department.  Not really!  He's a very funny and fun-loving officer that served his city over 26 years.  Most of that time was served on the regulatory bureau, the beer and wrecker inspector.  John helped to keep our city safe by making sure bars, stores and restaurants were in compliance with the rules for serving alcohol.  It seems that he was always making someone mad in this role...either the business owner, or the customer.

John shares why this role was so important to him and to you.  He also tells of some of the MOST inebriated people he has encountered.  We laugh our way through some funny AND some scary car chases.  John even shares some of the crazy pranks officers play on each other.  We also learn what John is doing now to help his community.
