Hi everyone, and welcome to another episode of LIFE WORK BALANCES!

Today, I sat down with John Loggins, Associate Director for The Center for Community Service Learning at the University of San Diego. It was awesome to sit down and learn more about John, since most of our interactions had been around a class that I am taking for which John is a TA. John and I talked about his experiences moving as a child, how the Peace Corps. gets his foot in so many doors, working on a Disney Cruise, and choosing to do his own assignments in a doctoral program, and the connections between work and identity. We also talked about helping students find connections, world traveling, So You Think You Can Dance, politics, transforming and creating new spaces, understanding one’s purpose, and the curiosity that drives people to grow, learn, and explore.
