Our guest for this week started work in Silicon Valley after graduating from Santa Clara University over 20 years ago. After wasting time and money in his 20’s he found Real Estate Investing and more specifically Buy and Hold Rental Properties and never looked back. He focused on his day job and grew his rental property portfolio from a single rental house to financial freedom in 15 years. Now that he no longer has a day job he shares his story via his self-published book (available on Amazon) called One Rental at a Time and via his YouTube Channel also called One Rental at a Time. He also has a special interest in helping kids ages 15-25 see that they do not have to hold a corporate job for 40 years and pray for a good 401K. He shows them they have options and goes by the philosophy “the sooner we can open their eyes the better”. With that philosophy in mind, he Sponsors a monthly Book Report Challenge for the Youth and Sends out $100 each month to the best Book Report. Here is Part 1 of this amazing and informative interview with Michael Zuber.
