Welcome back to another episode of Coffee Homes & Loans, this podcast looks different, why? Well, yours truly Railey has Covid again… yes, I said, again. This would be round two and it doesn’t seem to want to leave.
Going on two weeks with this dang virus. We miss being out in front of you all and can’t wait to get that one and only negative test so we can get back on our game!
However, Carolina is STILL and ALWAYS will be crushing It.
Tune in as we navigate one of our first podcast episodes we put out and talk a little bit about how we have grown as a duo and professionally with our video content. We are proud of all the work we’ve put in over these last 10 months making our content better with better camera equipment, better lighting, different topics based on what our followers like and are requesting.
You probably have heard this many times, but we think is such a great phrase: “Visibility is Better Than Ability” this is because if we aren’t in front of you making the home buying process enjoyable, how would we attract a potential client?
We LOVE being a source of information. This episode talks about accountability and how important is to stay consistent with your projects. No matter what we had going on in our personal lives we have gotten our podcast out every Monday at 12pm since the first week of January 2023.
We recently added a new segment called “The WineDown” and we thank you for your support.
There is a huge room for improvement in our part as we learn every day. Our hearts are 100% in it, help us grow!
