Continuing on our three week long exhibition on the Vikings, we join our tour guides Xan and Joe as they discuss the Viking age and the exploration that takes place during the late 8th to 9th centuries. Joe leads the discussion by focusing on where the Vikings went, highlighting their travels from the British Isles all the way east to the Kievan Rus, Constantinople, and even as far south as the Mediterranian sea. All the while, wondering just how much influence they had in the areas they traveled too as a part of their world tour.
