I am coming off an AWESOME weekend - back in the pool, kicking it with the PhD and other awesome wellness speakers, and getting my routine back on. Since Adam Schaeuble has challenged me to do a few things on point for the next 28 days, I figured it would be a good time to talk about HABITS.
Like developing good productivity habits. And since I'm now on Day Three of no Starbucks, I cheated a little.
Check out this article from Jack Heimbigner on Medium. I'm sharing the basics of his tips on 42 Productivity Habits. And I personally love #42 the most:
#42: Productivity is a Path, Not the GoalThis is crucial. Productivity is helping us down the path to create margin and live life outside of our work. While we spend most of our time at work, our lives outside of work need to be stress-free and full of the things which bring us the most joy. The goal isn’t to become more productive to be productive. The goal is to become more productive to live life more fully.
