Yami Correa is the CEO and co-owner with her sister of The SisterYard in Miami, FL, and Brooklyn and New York, NY. Yami has a background in culinary and her sister in nutrition. They combined their two passions to create their unique and healthy recipe of coconut cold brew. Their experience of growing up in Venezuela informs the way they approach their business and how they include a slower, more nutritious approach to coffee. Running the business together is teaching Yami to be humble and as she says, “It’s made us grow so much as sisters and business owners.” They are looking forward to opening a storefront very soon.
