This episode does touch on the topic of childhood sexual abuse in terms of it is what the guest experienced, and has written her memoir about to help others heal from trauma too.
Jeannine Rashidi was guest no. 4 of the podcast almost 2 years ago to the day. Jeannine and I met in Kerala, India in 2017, on a mutual journey to the roots of Ayurveda. The universe put us in a very distant place together and we've remained friends and supporters of each other's growth ever since.
From the time of our first recording in March 2020, Jeannine has continued her studies as an Ayurvedic doctor with Kerala Ayurveda Academy in the USA, has written and self-published her best-selling memoir, Abundance Beyond Trauma, and more.
Part of formulating the structure of her memoir, was a 3am aHA moment that led to Jeannine naming her trauma healing process, EDHIR™.
We dig around in all the feelings, emotions and the vulnerability that Jeannine experienced in taking her story through to the day of launch, and beyond. Importantly, what is most important to Jeannine now beyond the memoir having been written. A key focus for Jeannine is to keep working on the relationship she has with herself.
If you'd like to contact Jeannine you will find her on social media and LinkedIn under Goodbye Tension or her name. Her book is available on Amazon and on Audible.
