Struck by a sudden and surprising sand storm, our heroes struggle to scrutinize their surroundings and seek to stop the scouring sands from separating some of them from the safety of the ship. Lisette finds a loophole within her new contract with the Archives, and also finds time to sabotage her relationship with Angie - how does she do it all? But just as everyone is beginning to feel a sense of security, their rest is interrupted by an explosion outside in the storm.
