The last thing we want is a customer complaint about our service or our product.  Customers are much more demanding these days as they are more educated due to the immediate access they have of information.  However, customer complaints need to be taken seriously and with the utmost respect for the customer.  Remember, the customer is not always right, however, they still are the customer!  Listen along as Damien covers some key areas to follow when dealing with a customer complaint.
